The red and white team defeated Igokea m:tel at home in the opening game ABA’s second stage

The Top 8 stage tipped off in style as Crvena zvezda Meridianbet secured a hard-fought home victory over Igokea m:tel on Sunday afternoon, with a final score of 94-84.

Leading the charge for the home team was Jared Butler, who delivered an efficient offensive performance, finishing as the home side’s top scorer with 18 points.

On the other side, Nathaniel Amir Pierre-Louis stood out as the game’s most prolific scorer. The dynamic forward poured in 19 points, carrying much of Igokea’s offensive burden and keeping the visitors competitive until the final minutes.

In the evening, Partizan hosted Budućnost in their first clash since last season’s final, and Joan Peñarroya’s side recorded a comfortable 98–82 win at the Belgrade Arena.

Partizan shot 16-for-34 from beyond the arc, with Duane Washington and Sterling Brown leading the scoring with 14 points each, while Aleksa Radanov and Isaac Bonga added 13 apiece.

On the other side, Rasheed Sulaimon and Axel Bouteille scored 14 points each, while Yogi Ferrell contributed 13.
