Krka didn’t have an answer for Stefan Pot who led FMP to a convincing home win in ABA League.

Stefan Pot proved to be a nightmare for Krka’s defense as he led FMP to a 93-65 home win on Day 7 of ABA League.

Pot dropped 30 points (4/6 twos, 3/3 triples, 13/15 free throws) and a total value of 39. Stefan Momirov scored 17 points in addition to Dragan Apic’s 16.

For Krka, Luka Lapornik scored 15 and Jure Lalic added 11 points.

Playful FMP scored 33 points in ten minutes creating a 13-point advantage (33-20) which kept rising until halftime (59-36). Krka recovered a bit in the third quarter (77-62) but the hosts stepped it up a notch once again leaving no chance for a comeback and securing the game.

During the weekend, Andrea Trinchieri and Partizan won their third in a row by beating Cibona while Buducnost just barely came out on top against Mornar.

Crvena Zvezda holds the top with a perfect 7-0 record while Mega Bemax is right behind with 6-1. FMP improved to 4-3 after this win while Krka stays at the bottom with 2-5 along with Igokea, Zadar and Mornar.
