Two ACB games postponed due to COVID-19 cases

The first ACB gameday of 2021 is affected by the coronavirus.

ACB announced that the Round 17 game between Morabanc Andorra and Obradoiro (January 7) and the Round 18 match between Murcia and Baxi Manresa (January 3) are postponed due to COVID-19 cases on teams.

Obradoiro has reported six coronavirus cases overall by December 30. On Saturday (2/1), Murcia announced that three members of the team tested positive for coronavirus, and, as a result, everyone on the squad is currently in home isolation.

Valencia also announced that a player tested positive in COVID, however, he is already isolated, no other cases were reported and the game against Gran Canaria will be played as scheduled.
