The Czech center felt acute lower back pain and won’t be able to finish the game, as the club officially reported.
Vesely spent less than three and a half minutes on the court, grabbing one rebound.
The report indicated that “the evolution will mark his availability for the next matches.”
Barcelona is one week away from playing the Euroleague Final Four in Kaunas. Next Friday, May 21, they will face Real Madrid in the semifinals.
Cory Higgins is already out for the remainder of the season after the surgery due to lumbar spine problems.
