Blowing up a tight game in the third quarter, Real Madrid drew the win, 94-73, over Joventut Badalona in Pavello Olimpic Monday.

The recently crowned champions of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague won the best-of-five series, 3-1. Reaching the ACB Finals for the 24th time and in the 50th overall appearance on the top two of Spain’s top-flight division, they will face FC Barcelona or Unicaja in the best-of-five championship series.

Closing out the Liga Endesa Semifinals and also celebrating his 37th birthday, Sergio Rodriguez produced 15 points, four points shy of his individual best for the 2022-23 season. He added seven assists and four rebounds in the Game 4 outing. Walter Tavares placed nine points alongside ten rebounds and five blocks shaping a game-high efficiency rating of 28.

Dzanan Musa and Mario Hezonja shared the team-high 16 points. Guerschon Yabusele had 14 points. Alberto Abalde, Carlos Alocen, Gabriel Deck, and Petr Cornelie combined for healthy scratches and injured players for the team coached by Chus Mateo. Also, Fabien Causeur and Anthony Randolph did not play.

Standing out for the hosts in the season-ending showing, Joel Parra put in a game-high 17 points. Andres Feliz and Guillem Vives followed with 12 and 11 points, respectively. Pau Ribas (ankle) remained unavailable for the team coached by Carles Duran.

Moving Playoffs action to Malaga, Unicaja will play host to Barca tomorrow, Tuesday. The top-seeded Catalonia outfit, leading the series 2-1, has a clinching opportunity, otherwise would play a potential deciding Game 5 at home Thursday.
