FC Barcelona Bàsquet kept its push for the second seed ahead of the Liga ACB playoffs alive with another road victory.

Coached by Xavi Pascual, Barcelona defeated Coviran Granada 101-98 in a high-scoring contest to improve to 22-9. Meanwhile, second-placed UCAM Murcia stands at 22-8 with its Round 31 game still to be played.

The Catalan side controlled most of the game, but Granada stayed within striking distance until the closing moments. Barcelona ultimately held on for a much-needed win against the last-placed team in the standings, as Granada dropped to 6-25 and moved closer to relegation.

Kevin Punter led Barcelona with 19 points, while Willy Hernangómez added 18. Juani Marcos followed with 16 points, while Miles Cale and Tornike Shengelia chipped in 10 points each.

For Granada, Jassel Perez starred with 26 points, while Luka Božić posted a double-double of 20 points and 10 rebounds. Elias Valtonen scored 13 points, while Amar Alibegović added 11.
