Two days after signing a one-year contract renewal with Fuenlabrada, Alex Urtasun scored 19 points and registered a team-high 26 PIR to lead his team to a 92 – 80 away win over Baskonia.

Karvel Anderson added 19 points and Marc Garcia 12 in what was Fuenlabrada’s first victory in Vitoria in 20 years.

Tornike Shengelia had 26 points and eight rebounds while Pierria Henry posted 16 points, six rebounds and four assists for Baskonia that dropped to 4-5 and below the playoff zone with this loss. It’s the same record as Fuenlabrada’s.

This wasn’t the only upset this week in ACB since Bilbao forced reigning champion Real Madrid to its first defeat this season in domestic competitions overall. Despite the defeat, Real remains at the top of the standings.

Barcelona blew out Estudiantes at home and Valencia made short work of Zaragoza ahead of the double-game week in EuroLeague.
