Dylan Osetkowski poured a game-high 21 points guiding ratiopharm Ulm to the German league playoffs away win, 73-71, versus ALBA Berlin on Sunday.

Osetkowski, 24, connected his third triple for a late two-point lead. Troy Caupain sinking a couple of free throws completed the finishing 23-8 sprint. Stopping the hosts in their last offense handed the team coached by Jaka Lakovic the 1-0 lead in the easyCredit BBL Playoffs Semifinals.

Andreas Obst produced 14 points in Game 1. Caupain and Cameron Clark added 11 points apiece. On the losing end, Peyton Siva had 15 points and Simone Fontecchio posted a 14-point, 11-rebound double-double, but a 12-point cushion in the fourth quarter evaporated.

MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg leads FC Bayern Munich, 1-0, in the other best-of-five series leading to the Finals.
