Bayern Munich seized the lead with just two minutes left on the clock and managed to secure a victory during their visit to Gottingen

Following a loss to Rasta Vechta in the previous round of the BBL, Bayern Munich found themselves on the brink of another domestic defeat.

However, Pablo Laso’s side remained focused until the end, completing a second-half comeback in the final two minutes to secure a 71-77 victory over Gottingen on the road.

Bayern trailed 23-13 after the first 10 minutes and 46-32 at halftime. They began to claw their way back in the third period, reducing the deficit to just 57-54. Although Gottingen fought back and maintained the lead, they couldn’t hold on in the final moments. Devin Booker reversed the score entering the last two minutes with an alley-oop dunk assisted by Sylvain Francisco.

Francisco led the way with 16 points and eight assists, while Devin Booker added 13 points for the winning side. Carsen Edwards also finished in double digits with 12 points, while Nick Weiler-Babb contributed eight points alongside six rebounds.

David DeJulius stood out with 21 points for Gottingen, while Fedor Zugic followed closely behind with 18.

Previously, ALBA Berlin dominated Tubingen at the Mercedes-Benz Arena with a resounding 112-69 victory. Malte Delow and Martin Hermannsson led the charge, each scoring 17 points, while Tim Schneider recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
