Behind 24 points by Frantz Massenat and 22 by Chris Otule, Mitteldeutscher beat Bayern Munich, giving to Brose Baskets an even bigger lead in BEKO BBL.

Playing with just eight players, the last team of the standings with a 4-20 record managed to stun the one of the title contenders. The defending champs had a 22-2 record, while Bayern and Oldenburg are tied at 18-6, followed by Ludwigsburg (17-7) in the fourth place and Alba Berlin at the fifth place (16-8).  Here are the results of the 25th round (It has to be noted  that due to the schedule most teams have played so far 24 games).
