Defending champs Brose Bamberg remains second (26-3) after beating with ease Alba Berlin (88-71) which dropped to a 17-11 record. Daniel Theis with 16 points led the balanced effort for coach Trinkieri’s team.
Bayern Munic is third (25-3) thanks to the impressive road win over Rasta Vechta. The final score was 101-57 as Bayern got a double-double by Maik Zirbes (18 p. 10 r.).
