All four teams with a home-court advantage in the first round of the easyCredit BBL Playoffs kicked off their series with a win.

The easyCredit BBL Playoffs continued on Sunday with two more matches. On Saturday, ALBA Berlin comfortable defeated ratiopharm Ulm and FC Bayern Munich beat Basketball Lowen Braunschweig. The two following Game 1 matchups of the Quarterfinals best-of-five series brought home wins as well.

Firstly, EWE Baskets Oldenburg took down Telekom Baskets Bonn, 105-94, despite falling in a 10-point hole late in the third period. Will Cummings was too much to handle for the visitors and finished the contest with 34 points, five rebounds and five dimes. Rasid Mahalbasic notched a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double.

RASTA Vechta later beat Brose Bamberg, 96-85, riding a double-digit lead most of the way. Austin Hollins dropped a game-high 31 points with 8/14 beyond the arc and Philipp Herkenhoff finished with 20 points and 11 boards to his name. Elias Harris scored 21 points with 10/11 inside the rainbow for the losing side.
