Valencia has a coach who can be trusted, but still searches for one more player for its roster. As the Spanish team announced, Croatian Velimir Perasovic had his contract renewed until the 30th of June 2014.
However, the team is still on the market, searching for a foreign player and Dionte Christmas will not be the one. The former CSKA Moscow guard was the prime target of the Spanish club. He was supposed to give his final answer to the team last week, he asked some more days to think about it and finally he decided that it would be better for him to return to his home country.
According to Eurohoops sources, Christmas has some offers from the NBA and in the following days he is expected to sign and make his debut in the league.
