Bojan Dubljevic renewed his contract with Valencia until the summer of 2016 and his NBA buy out increased, while Unicaja officially announced the signing of coach Joan Plaza and Fotis Katsikaris left Bilbao

The finals in Spain are about to start, but the market is already open for business. Valencia announced the renewal of Bojan Dubljevic‘s contract until the summer of 2016. The Montenegrin forward had a contract until 2015, so the real news are that in his new deal his NBA buy out increased.

The Spanish club had paid 500.000 USD to his former team of his home country, Buducsnost, in order to sign him, his initial NBA buy out in his first contract with the Spanish team was around 1 million USD dollars and now, after him also getting a raise, his NBA buy out is over 1 millions euros.

UPDATE: According to “Gigantes” the buy out of Dubljevic is increased for this summer, but after the summer of 2015 drops down to just 200.000 euros.

Unicaja Malaga announced the signing of coach Joan Plaza for the next two season, a deal that was not a surprise, since the details of Plaza’s plans for his new team are already known. And finally, Fotis Katsikaris and Bilbao officially parted ways, as it was expected.
