Giannis Athinaou ended last season in EA7 Milano, he is currently part of Greek national team pre-selection for the upcoming FIBA World Cup and he is very close to reach a deal with the Turkish club Olin Edirne. According to Eurohoops sources the international Greek guard will likely end up at Turkey and play in the TBL next season.
UPDATE: Just hours after our initial post, the signing was confirmed by the agent of the player.
