Have you collected a lot of credits? Have you made some experiments with rookies? It’s time to build the core of your fantasy team. After the end of the first round in the regular season, you should start buying the steadiest players who can guarantee you a minimum of score every week. In this category of players belong Sergio Rodriguez, Andrew Goudelock and Esteban Batista who we buy this week.

It’s not always wise to buy players, who are Euroleague stars. For example there are many who didn’t have such a good start and their value is too small according to their quality. Arroyo, Rodriguez, Diamantidis among the point guards, Navarro, Hackett, White, Gentile in the perimeter and Hines, Zoric, Dunston, Bourousis, Lasme among the big guys are the most attractive names.

Eurohoopsnet team will trust three of them for the next week, hoping to keep them for a long time. First of all we must focus on the players who will leave. Van Rossom gave us a good score and almost 7 credits but he is injured and will miss the rest of the regular season. Also, Randle was great these weeks giving us almost 19 credits but he’s also injured and must leave.

Finally, there are many candidates for the third departure. Jankovic isn’t so productive any more but Panathinaikos plays against the weakest team in the group and he can have a good score. Also, Jeremy Pargo’s scores are like a cardiogram: 25, 0, 20, 25, 0! But he plays on the road against a not so good defensive team, Limoges, and he is expected to bounce back. So the next one who leaves is Jaycee Carroll who offered 7 credits, but he is not expected to keep giving good scores for many consecutive games. So, we have 192,2 credits available thanks also to the 9,7 unspent since last week.

Our first choice without any hesitation is Andrew Goudelock who is the most expensive player in the perimeter but he is highly underpriced and can give you many points and credits. He faces a team without a great defense, Milan, and can have a big score. Our second choice is Esteban Batista who started the season in our team but later lefy. He scores and always has double digits. Against Turow it will be piece of cake for him. The last pick will be Sergio Rodriguez because he’s too cheap in comparison to his value. During the last three weeks he has double a digits ranking so it’s a safe choice.

Of course if you want to make changes in your front line and don’t have many credits, you can pick the most popular player this week, Shane Lawal who is highly underpriced.

Enjoy fantasy!
