Greece announces 14-man squad for February’s EuroBasket 2022 Qualifiers

Greece has already advanced to the EuroBasket.

The Greek Basketball Federation announced the 14 players that will travel to Riga, Latvia for the last set of Group H games of the 2022 EuroBasket Qualifiers.

The 14-man roster is as follows: Giannis Agravanis (Promitheas Patras), Dimitris Agravanis (Promitheas Patras), Giannis Athinaiou (Promitheas Patras), Charis Giannopoulos (Promitheas Patras), Vassilis Kavvadas (Iraklis Thessaloniki), Dimitirs Kaklamanakis (PAOK Thessaloniki), Dimitris Katsivelis (AEK Athens), Giannis Kouzeloglou (Aris Thessaloniki), Michalis Lountzis (Promitheas Patras), Vangelis Margaritis (PAOK Thessaloniki), Vassilis Mouratos (Ionikos Nikaia), Vassilis Toliopoulos (Ionikos Nikaia), Nikos Chugkaz (Ionikos Nikai), Linos Chrysikopoulos (AEK Athens).

Greece, that has clinched a spot in the EuroBasket, will be facing also already-qualified Bosnia (20/2) and tournament host Latvia (22/2). The latter and Bulgaria are tied at 1-3 and will battle for the remaining EuroBasket ticket.
