In one more strange turn of events Leo Westermann is the player who will replace Antoine Diot in the French national team and not Thomas Heurtel.
Anadolu Efes informed the French basketball federation that Heurtel is not able to join the national team. The justification for this denial are unclear at the moment, but the deadline for the final Eurobasket rosters is today. That’s why Limoges, Leo Westermann was called by the national team and he will take the place of injured Antoine Diot.
