Milos Teodosic spoke after the game about the pressure that Serbia felt from the get go and that was what decided the course of the semifinal game.
As he said: “We opened the game the wrong way, we were too nervous and this may have determined the outcome. Maybe if things were different, we wouldn’t have missed some of our shots later in the game (ed.note: Serbia shot in total 19/58 FG). I think that now is the time to show character, to show that we are worthy and to win a medal. It doesn’t matter that the medal does not bring us to Rio, but the medal means a lot to us”.
