The Czech Republic grabbed its first victory in the 2025 EuroBasket Qualifiers by defeating Great Britain 90 – 82 at home.

The two teams were close (49 – 47) at halftime and then the Czech team took a 66 – 55 halfway through the third period. The visiting squad came back to approach by a shooting distance, 69 – 67 but their opponents responded with a 12 – 2 run to enter the final stretch with a double-digit lead that proved to be safe enough.
