Giannis Antetokounmpo has started training with the Greek national team in preparation for the upcoming EuroBasket (August 27 – September 14).
As expected based on the team’s schedule, the Milwaukee Bucks superstar joined the men’s national team practices on Sunday (August 4).
Giannis arrived in Greece along with his brothers, Thanasis and Kostas, and all three are now at the disposal of head coach Vassilis Spanoulis, who can finally work with the full preliminary squad.

Greece will begin its preparation games this Wednesday (August 6) at OAKA, where it will face Belgium.
At EuroBasket, Greece will compete in Group C in Limassol, facing, in order: Italy (August 28), Cyprus (August 30), Georgia (August 31), Bosnia and Herzegovina (September 2), and Spain (September 4).
