The hosts of the Anwil basketball tournament, Poland, and Belgium smiled today, getting two more preparation wins before the Eurobasket 2017 qualifiers.
Belgium prevailed by a point (56-55) over Sweden with Khalid Boukichou making the free throw which decided the game and Jean Salumu being the top scorer with 14 points.
As for Poland, they beat Georgia 80-71 with Mateusz Ponitka being the top scorer with 17 points. Zaza Pachulia (photo) scored also 17 points and had 8 rebounds for the losing side, but it was not enough.
