The announcement made by coach Dusan Ivkovic on Sunday added more problems to Serbia for the upcoming Eurobasket. Milos Teodosic, due to his leg injury sustained during the VTB play offs, and Vladimir Lucic, due to back problems, are not going to play in the upcoming Eurobasket.

The final roster of Serbia consists of Stefan Markovic, Vasilije Micic, Nemanja Nedovic, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Danilo Andusic, Nemanja Krstic, Nemanja Bjelica, Nikola Kalinic, Nenad Krstic, Rasko Katic, Vladimir Stimac and Djordje Gagic.

Teodosic had traveled to Moscow in order to get examined by the CSKA‘s medical stuff, he didn’t get clearance to play in Slovenia and that’s only the tip of the iceberg. In an interview published by novosti.rs coach Ivkovic not only admitted that it will be difficult for his team to get at least the ticket to FIBA World Cup 2014 in the upcoming tournament, but he also seems ready to leave the bench of the national team after Eurobasket.
