It’s been 20 years since the Spanish NT was last left out of the EuroBasket semifinals, in the distant 1997.
Since then, they count a continuous presence in this phase of the tournament and have succeeded to reach 8 medals in the past 20 years, with the exception being in the 2005 EuroBasket in Belgrade.
So far, in the past two decades they count 3 gold medals (2009, 2011, 2015), 3 silver ones (1999, 2003, 2007) and two bronze ones (2001, 2013).
