By beating Spain, Slovenia secured its first ever medal in Eurobasket history, but this is not enough.
Luka Doncic flirted with the triple double, he is without any doubt the best 18 years old player in the world and he also wants a gold medal: “We start from zero. We have a great opportunity and we are going to give 100%”.
And there’s no secret on what Slovenia is doing, just a team-work: “I am really proud of the guys in this team. Not just the coaches and the players. I am really proud of everybody. They all do a great job. I am also proud of the fans. The secret is that we are a team. We support each other”.
And as he admitted: “It feels incredible”.
