Andorra announced that the club signed center Tunde Olumuyiwa for the 2020-2021 season. The Sierra Leonean big man had joined Andorra for the Final Phase of the Spanish ACB League.

Olumuyiwa, 28, played five 2019-2020 matches with Andorra and averaged 6.6 points, 5.5 rebounds in 18:50 minutes. “He was at an excellent level in the Final Phase and at that time we already had in mind the possibility of re-signing him for all the good things he can bring,” Andorra general manager Francesc Solana said for the club’s website.

“He’s a very intense, physical player, hard-working who’s eager to take advantage of the opportunity and will help us in a long and demanding season,” Solana added.

Olumuyiwa will play in EuroCup for the first time in his career next season.
