Unics Kazan came back from down 17 to beat Bahcesehir 70 – 67 on the road in a game that ultimately decided in a dramatic finale. With this win, Unics improved to 4-2 while Bahcesehir remains winless and close to elimination.

With the score 64 – 65 for Unics and 17 seconds to play, Bahcesehir’s Burak Yildizi was called with a technical foul for stepping on the out-of-bounds line while Unics’ Nate Walters was about to make the inbounds pass. Jamar Smith hit the tech’s free throw and was then fouled to put Unics up 64 – 68.

Erick Green drained the triple for the 67 – 68, keeping Bahcesehir alive but then Peyton Aldridge made an unsportsmanlike foul on Jamar Smith who went 2-2 from the line to seal his team’s win.

Green finished with a game-high 23 points for Bahcesehir that was leading 22 – 5 in the first quarter. Smith had 17 points and five assists for Unics.
