Virtus Bologna, Joventut and Boulogne continue their successful streak into the Top 16

Virtus Segafredo Bologna stayed perfect in Group G of the Top 16 after downing Buducnost Voli Podgorica with an 87-65 win. Marco Belinelli kept the hosts perfect with 21 points, Vince Hunter tapped 13 and Giampaolo Ricci added 11 points. Justin Cobbs tapped 15 points for Buducnost that now falls to a 1-2 record.

Joventut Badalona survived a tough battle against AS Monaco with a 79-72 win and moved up with a 3-0 record in Group E. Nenad Dimitrijevic led the way for the Spanish team with 22 points and three rebounds, while on the other end of the court, Marcos Knight posted 17 points for Monaco that suffered its first defeat in the Top 16.

Boulogne Metropolitans 92 stayed undefeated in Top 16 Group F by defeating Dolomiti Energia Trento 92-86 in overtime. The French side improved to 3-0 and has won 10 of their last 11 EuroCup games. Trento led 77-80 and had possession with a few seconds left in the fourth quarter, though Anthony Brown became the Metropolitans’ hero by hitting a buzzer-beating corner three-pointer that sent the game to overtime. David Michineau led the winners with 23 points. ArchieGoodwin added 21 and Anthony Brown added 19.  Luke Maye tapped 22 points for the Italian side while JaCorey Williams had 21 points.
