Bahcesehir announced head coach Dejan Radonjic won’t continue with the team.
“We would like to thank Dejan Radonjić for his valuable contributions to our club, the Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions family and national basketball, and wish him success in the next phase of his career,” the statement of Bahcesehir mentions.
Radonjic took over Bahcesehir on December 2023. This season, the team reached the EuroCup and Turkish BSL League semifinals for the first time in club history.
Before Bahcesehir, Radonjic coached in EuroLeague for several years, being at the helm of Panathinaikos Athens, Crvena Zvezda and Bayern Munich.
