Three out of the first four BKT EuroCup games of the season ended with a road win.
While Slask Wroclaw got the job done over Neptunas Klaipeda (95-85) in Group A, with Kadre Gray scoring 21 points, all other games of the night ended with a triumph for the guests.
Hapoel Jerusalem proved they are contenders by dominating the last quarter against Hamburg Towers for the 100-85 win, with Khadeen Carrington scoring 19 points and five more players in double digits.
Eric Reed and Carlos Steward scored 21 points each for the hosts.
Aris BC (photo) got the 85-81 win over Umana Reyes Venice as Ky Bowman missed two chances in the closing seconds, one to win the game with a three-pointer and one more after an offensive rebound to tie it all at 83. He missed, and the Greeks prevailed with Bryce Jones scoring 26 points and crazy celebrations in front of their traveling fans.
In the only game of Group B, Ulm managed to escape from Ankara with a 96-93 win over Turk Telekom. Despite the deceiving final point difference, Ulm had the lead throughout the game, and the hosts just made it a three-point game in the end, when it was too late.
Mark Smith, with 23 points and seven assists, made things happen for the winners, while Jordan Usher scored 24 for the losing side.
