Justin Simon signed a contract for the remainder of the 2025-26 season with ratiopharm Ulm to return to the German club on Monday.

The 29-year-old small forward had a brief spell at the Sparrows in 2021, coming in for two games with Karim Jallow on the injury list.

He is also returning to the second tier of Euroleague Basketball, after contributing 7.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.6 steals, 1.5 assists, and 0.2 blocks per game to the 2023-24 championship run of Paris. He logged 14 appearances off the bench.

Further club continental experience in Europe features 17 Basketball Champions League games, helping MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg reach the Final Four 2022. He is also a veteran of 16 features in the FIBA Europe Cup with Ludwigsburg and Bnei Ofek Dist Herzliya.

At the Sydney Kings, Simon was crowned NBL champion in 2023, and played in Italy for the remainder of his 2022-23 journey, before switching to Paris for the 2023-24 campaign and returning to Ludwigsburg for the 2024-25 campaign.

Addressing several injuries and the recent departure of Bryce Brown, Ulm picked up Simon at the top of the international break. The next fixture on the schedule is in Round 9 of the EuroCup Regular Season opposite Dolomiti Energia Trento in ratiopharm Arena on December 4.
