Türk Telekom cruises past Lions, Besiktas beats Bourg, Hapoel Jerusalem advances

Türkish side dominates second half to open second day of Round 14 with a convincing win over London Lions

Round 14 of the BKT EuroCup continued tonight, with Group B action seeing Türk Telekom host the London Lions.

After a dominant second half, the Turkish side pulled away for an 88-63 home win.

Uros Trifunovic led the hosts with 16 points and 2 rebounds, Ata Kahraman added 11 points, Kyle Allman had 10 points and 4 assists, while Kyle Alexander and Doğuş Özdemiroğlu scored 9 points each.  Marko Simonovic chipped in 6 points but grabbed 13 rebounds and handed out 5 assists, posting a team-high PIR of 21.

For London, Ciaran Sandy led with 12 points, while Tarik Phillip, Karolis Lukosiunas, and Shavar Reynolds each added 9 points.

Hapoel Jerusalem cruised to a 96–77 road win over Aris, strengthening their grip on first place in Group A with a 12–2 record and punching the ticket for the next round.

Khadeen Carrington and Jared Harper led the Israeli side with 17 points apiece, while Cassius Winston added 14. Anthony Lamb and Yovel Zoosman chipped in with 10 points each. For Aris, Bryce Jones stood out with 17 points, Amine Noua scored 13, and Elijah Mitrou-Long finished with 12.

Beşiktaş returned to winning ways in style, handing Group B leaders JL Bourg a 103–99 defeat on the road.

Ante Žižić dominated with 26 points, Jonah Mathews followed with 21, and Brynton Lemar added 17. Anthony Brown also reached double figures with 10 points. Darius McGhee led the French side with 25 points, while Both Gach scored 17, Adam Mokoka 15, and Kevin Kokila 12.

Buducnost Podgorica secured a 95–81 home win over Lietkabelis, led by Axel Bouteille’s 22 points and Nikola Tanasković’s 20. Rasheed Sulaimon added 17, while Yogi Ferrell flirted with a triple-double, finishing with 10 points, 10 assists, and eight rebounds.

Fardaws Aimaq and Paulius Danusevičius paced the Lithuanian team with 19 points each, while Michael Flowers contributed 13.

Ulm prevailed in an all-German clash against Chemnitz, winning 88–76 behind a standout performance from Christopher Ledlum, who scored 23 points. Tobias Jensen, Malik Osborne, and Justin Simon added 15 points apiece.

Chemnitz was led by Amadou Sow with 20 points. Kevin Yebo posted a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds, as did Corey Davis with 11 points and 10 assists.

Reyer Venezia recorded a comfortable 103–76 victory over Śląsk Wrocław. Alessandro Lever and Carl Wheatle scored 19 points each, while Chris Horton finished with 15 points and 14 rebounds. Denzel Valentine added 14 points and 10 boards.

For the Polish side, Kadre Gray stood out with 15 points and seven assists, while Ángel Núñez and Yusuf Sanon scored 12 points apiece.
