In one of the most anticipated BKT EuroCup Round 15 clashes, Bahcesehir Koleji secured a major victory.
The Turkish side defeated Hapoel Jerusalem on the road 94-82, improved to 10-5, and gained a head-to-head advantage over the Israeli team, which still has two more wins (12-3).
Malachi Flynn led the winning side with 22 points, Caleb Homesley added 16, while Tyler Cavanaugh and Mateusz Ponitka contributed 11 points each. Ponitka also grabbed nine rebounds. On the other side, Khadeen Carrington had 25 points, Justin Smith added 15, and Jared Harper 11 points.
Elsewhere, Cedevita Olimpija beat ABA League rivals Cluj-Napoca 86-80 and improved to 10-5 in Group A standings as well.
DJ Stewart with 25 and Aleksej Nikolić with 24 points led the Ljubljana team to victory, while Dušan Miletić had 16 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists for the defeated side. Karel Guzman added 16 points, and Fatts Russell scored 14 with 10 assists for Cluj.
Chemnitz stunned Group A leaders JL Bourg with an 88–82 home victory, led by Corey Davis, who finished with 19 points and seven assists. Amadou Sow added 16 points and eight rebounds, Kevin Yebo contributed 15 points and six boards, while Yordan Minchev scored 12 points with seven rebounds for the German side.
For Bourg, Both Gach led the way with 17 points and six rebounds, Assemian Moulare added 16 points, Tajuan Agee recorded 13 points, five rebounds and six assists, while Adam Mokoka scored 12 and Darius McGhee chipped in with 11 points.
Still, the most spectacular game of the night was played in Poland, where Aris beat Śląsk 111–107 after two overtimes.
Danilo Anđušić and Elijah Mitrou-Long led the winning side with 26 points each, while Bryce Jones added 17 and Amine Noua contributed 13 points and nine rebounds. On the other side, Noah Kirkwood finished with 24 points and seven assists. Błażej Czerniewicz added 17 points, while Kadre Gray recorded 15 points and seven assists.
