The BKT EuroCup featured a flurry of roster movements on Tuesday as multiple clubs finalized key signings to strengthen their rotations for the upcoming 2026–27 season.
Highlighting the transfer activity, Umana Reyer Venice officially secured the services of Sir’Jabari Rice. The versatile 1.93-meter guard brings an impressive blend of scoring and playmaking to Italy, following a standout collegiate career at New Mexico State and Texas. After a brief developmental stint in the G-League, the Houston native transitioned seamlessly to Europe during the 2025–26 campaign. He initially dominated with ERA Nymburk in the Basketball Champions League before starring for MoraBanc Andorra in Spain’s competitive Liga Endesa, where he showcased exceptional three-point accuracy and elite adaptability.
Meanwhile, Lietkabelis reinforced its perimeter by acquiring 26-year-old guard Keondre Kennedy for the next season. The Atlanta native arrives with a solid continental resume, having appeared in seven EuroCup contests with Veolia Towers Hamburg in 2024. Kennedy further expanded his international exposure last season by making seven appearances in the Basketball Champions League for Spartak Office Shoes. His journey also includes professional experience across domestic leagues in Greece and Poland during his first two years overseas.
Rounding out the latest transactions across the second tier of Euroleague Basketball, Neptunas announced a one-year contract to bring Kristupas Zemaitis back to Lithuania after his single-season stint abroad. The experienced 30-year-old point guard adds significant leadership to the backcourt. Zemaitis boasts an established track record in European competition, having accumulated 56 career appearances in the EuroCup.
