BKT EuroCup teams continue to retool their rosters heading to the 2026–27 season, including U-BT Cluj-Napoca securing a major piece by inking athletic wing Javon Bess from Igokea m:tel. The 1.98-meter small forward, a former Best Defender in Germany’s easyCredit BBL, previously played 20 league games with Turk Telekom, en route to becoming the sixth summer transfer under coach Mihai Silvasan. Meanwhile, Turk Telekom bolstered their own continuity by reuniting with Tony Taylor and Goktug Bas alongside re-signing Dogus Ozdemiroglu, while the London Lions retained guard Mo Soluade.
In Italy, Baglietto Derthona Tortona solidified their core by confirming Justin Gorham, Prentiss Hubb, Dominik Olejniczak, and Andrea Pecchia as returning players, while elevating young Edoardo Di Meo to the senior squad. Guerri Napoli invested in youth by securing forward Assane Sankare on a multi-year deal following his impressive performance in the second division of the country. Also, Umana Reyer Venice officially welcomed newcomer Glynn Watson Jr.
Elsewhere, Le Mans added explosive guard Carlos Stewart, looking to utilize the former Openjobmetis Varese player’s scoring prowess after his recent stint with Veolia Towers Hamburg. The Niners Chemnitz finalized a deal for point guard Cobe Williams, bringing the former BMA365 Bamberg Baskets standout and his strong scoring averages to the second tier of Euroleague Basketball.
Rounding out the active market, ratiopharm Ulm picked up Dwayne Koroma, who arrives on a two-year contract fresh off an NCAA Final Four run with Connecticut, and Neptunas strengthened their frontcourt with Raymond Somerville.
