Unicaja recovered from its 91-82 loss in Munich on Tuesday and tied the series with Bayern!

Unicaja bounced back from its loss in Munich and broke Bayern’s 10-game winning strike in Malaga 82-67. The quarterfinals record between the two teams is tied to 1-1, while the best-of-three series returns to Germany next week!

Dejan Musli scored 15 points and was the leading scorer of the winners, Jamar Smith followed with 13.

For Bayern, Nick Johnson and Anton Gavel scored 10 points each.

Kyle Fogg made it a 10-point game at halftime for the hosts, 41-31, yet the Spanish team was threatened in the third period! Bryce Taylor closed the gap to 6 points at 28′ but the Germans couldn’t approach any closer. Unicaja restored a 69-56 lead after 30 minutes.

Musli send the hosts’ lead to 13 points again, 80-67 with 2 minutes to go.
