Group C of the 7Days EuroCup, tipped-off tonight with some exciting matchups, and one great offensive performance from Alba Berlin.

The Group C of the 7Days EuroCup tipped-off tonight with three games, as Bilbao, Alba Berlin and Lokomotiv Kuban got the victories.

Bilbao got an important 83-93 win on the road against Lietuvos Rytas. The Spanish team had the upper hand in the game since the second quarter with a double-digit lead which they kept until the end. Lietuvos Rytas tried to come back in the third quarter but Bilbao pulled away, in the late third-quarter and increased their lead to 15 points (59-74).

Key Player: Dejan Todorovic scored 20 points and grabbed 7 rebounds.

Lokomotiv Kuban got a tough and crucial 61-63 victory on the road against Limoges. For the entire game, both teams were challenging each other, and so it all came down to the fourth quarter. Lokomotiv made some tough, clutch shots down the stretch and finally got the 61-63 victory.

Key Player: For the winners, Joe Ragland scored 19 points and made some really important shots in crunch time.

Finally, Alba Berlin got their first win of the new season with a 111-85 easy victory over Partizan. Alba’s offense was really impressive tonight as they led Partizan, 57-39 at half-time, making it really tough for their opponents as they trailed by 18-points.

In the second half, Alba put on a show for their fans under coach Reneses’ style of play, as the player used teamwork to perfect their offense in all cylinders, and finally scored 111 points and get their first win of the Eurocup new season.

Key Player: Spencer Butterfield scored 24 points for Alba leading the show.
