Olympiacos got the EuroLeague Round 25 win over ASVEL but with a cost as Nikola Milutinov exited the game due to an injury at the end of the first half.

The initial diagnosis of a right ankle sprain has been confirmed and the Serbian big’s status will be re-evaluated in 3-4 days.

Milutinov started with intensive treatment but it’s not certain if he will be able to return for the next game against Maccabi Tel Aviv on February 27.

Milutinov has had a troublesome season injury-wise as he had suffered a partial rupture of the right lateral ankle ligament as well as osteochondritis in his right knee.
