Rokas Giedraitis’ move to Baskonia is all but official.

Alba Berlin coach Aito Reneses confirmed that forward Rokas Giedraitis will be leaving the German team to join Baskonia. The Lithuanian player, who recently won the 2020 German League with Alba, is exiting the team after two years.

Giedraitis, 27, averaged 13.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 steals in 26:58 minutes over 25 games in the 2019-2020 EuroLeague and his debut campaign in the competition. In Germany, he had 10.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 23:46 minutes over 27 games.

Baskonia, the newly crowned ACB champion, has also been finalizing a deal with former Panathinaikos forward DeShaun Thomas.
