One more case of COVID-19 was detected in EuroLeague teams, this time in Milan. The club acted swiftly, followed protocol to contain the possible spread of the virus, and awaits for further testing results.
According to the press release: “Olimpia Milano basketball announces that, following the tests carried out, a case of suspected positivity to Covid-19 has emerged within the team. The subject is currently asymptomatic and was isolated immediately. The whole group was promptly subjected to further testing and team activity temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the examinations scheduled for today evening”.
