Jordan Loyd and Dejan Davidovac led the Serbian squad with 17 points each, Duop Reath added a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds, while Langston Hall and Ognjen Dobric posted 9 points each.
Earlier in the day, Karsiyaka shocked Fenerbahce with a 72-65 victory.
