While Bruno Caboclo signed with Venezia at the start of the summer, he hasn’t reported yet to Italy and there are reports in Israel that the Brazilian forward will participate in the annual tour of Maccabi Ra’anana in the United States, hoping for an NBA deal.
Partizan was involved in this peculiar case with Reyer Venezia as the Italian club president Federico Casarin stated to the local newspaper “Il Corriere del Veneto”: “We cannot confirm whether he has joined a team in Israel, and there have been rumors suggesting a potential move to Partizan”.
The Serbian club reacted, according to a report by Meridianbet Sport, clarifying the whole mess.
According to the report, Caboclo’s previews agent Igor Crespo – who also represents Nikola Mirotic – has offered him to Partizan, but the answer from the Serbian club was negative from the first moment.
However, Caboclo has changed agents and he is now represented by Daniel Hazan who also offered him again to Partizan despite his contract with Venezia, only to receive a second negative answer.
It remains to be seen what will be the end of the soap-opera since Venezia has a signed contract with the player.
