Panathinaikos star Kendrick Nunn didn’t hold back when commenting on the officiating in the EuroLeague

Even though Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens recorded a significant win over EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, Kendrick Nunn, the star player of the Greek side, had some strong words about the referees.

It’s safe to say he wasn’t pleased.

Despite a 20-point win, the referees are terrible. Somebody’s got to hold them responsible for the way they officiate the game. If nobody’s gonna say it, the players have to. They can take whatever they want from it. Referees have to do a much better job officiating the game, calling both ways,” Nunn expressed himself without holding back.

Panathinaikos is steadily moving up the EuroLeague standings, securing the third spot with a 15-9 record after 24 rounds, and Nunn is making a significant impact on European basketball.

The former Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, and Washington Wizards guard is averaging 13.3 points with 2.7 assists and 2.4 rebounds after 18 appearances in the top continental competition with the Greens.
