As officially announced, Trey Thompkins will remain with Crvena Zvezda until the end of the season.
Thompkins signed a short-term contract on February 7, 2024, with an option for extension, which the club activated on March 7, 2024, and now the club has decided to extend his contract further.
According to the official statement from Crvena Zvezda, “After a full recovery, the former player of Nizhny Novgorod, Real Madrid, and Zenit will remain in red and white until the end of the season.”
The former EuroLeague champion with Real Madrid made his debut for the Belgrade outfit on April 7, scoring four points in the ABA League last-round win over Split.
