Olek Balcerowski, recent EuroLeague champion with Panathinaikos, has an agreement with the 2023/24 Basketball Champions League winners Unicaja de Málaga for next season, according to Eurohoops sources.

The Polish center, who won the EuroLeague a year after winning the EuroCup with Gran Canaria, will therefore return to the ACB League, where he spent the majority of his career.

Balcerowski started playing professionally with Gran Canaria in 2017, left briefly on loan to Mega Basket from Serbia, and last summer joined Panathinaikos.

In the EuroLeague-winning campaign, he played 24 games, averaging around seven and a half minutes on the court. Olek had a bigger role in the Greek League, with 21 appearances, averaging 6.3 points and 4.3 rebounds.

Besides being a EuroCup and EuroLeague champion, Balcerowski also won two EuroCup Rising Star awards in 2021 and 2023.
