Milos Teodosic remains sidelined as Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet enters the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Play-In Showdown.
The Serbian club has confirmed the 38-year-old point guard as out for a meeting with FC Bayern Munich in SAP Garden on Tuesday. It remains unclear whether he can be available for a potential second Play-In challenge on Friday.
Teodosic has been sidelined through recent weeks, sitting out the previous four EuroLeague and AdmiralBet ABA League games. He last played in Round 22 of the 2024-25 EuroLeague Regular Season on March 28.
A former champion in Europe’s premier club continental competitions as a leading member of CSKA in 2016, his 13th EuroLeague campaign has been limited to 19 appearances. He averaged 4.7 points, 2.7 assists, 0.9 rebounds, 0.3 steals, and 0.1 blocks per contest for the team coached by Giannis Sfairopoulos.
In addition to the gifted floor general, 31-year-old forward Joel Bolomboy also remains sidelined, nursing a right foot injury over recent weeks. On the opposite side, the injury list features Oscar da Silva since the 26-year-old forward had right knee surgery in early March.
The winner of the game in Munich will face the loser of a clash between Real Madrid and Paris in a road game for the eighth seed on the playoff bracket and thus place in a best-of-five series versus top-seeded Olympiacos for a ticket to the Final Four in Abu Dhabi. In contrast, the losing side will be eliminated from the 2025 Playoffs.
