Quinn Ellis already has a multi-year deal in place with Milan, and he is leaving Trento, as confirmed by Eurohoops sources. The 22-year-old guard is expected to have a key role in the plans of Milan for years to come.
Ellis is considered a homegrown player in Italy, and he is a local in the league despite competing for the British national team.
This is a huge plus for his roster spot. On top of that, he has already made a name for himself with Trento competing two seasons in the BKT EuroCup and averaging 8.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game.
Ellis has a contract with Trento for next season, so his former team will also be compensated by Milan.
The news of the deal was first reported by Italian journalist Andrea Calzoni.
