Virtus Bologna is already preparing for the new season, locking in an early arrival to the team after winning the Italian league with a 3-0 sweep over Germani Brescia.
According to Eurohoops sources, Zac Seljaas is set to join the team and make his debut in the EuroLeague. The news about Virtus’ interest in the player was first reported by Eurodevotion.
In Germany, he contributed to Wurzburg’s path all the way to the Bundesliga Semi-Finals, losing to ratiopharm Ulm. He has averaged 14.0 points and 5.6 rebounds in the whole season.
In ten games played in the Basketball Champions League with Wurzburg, the 27-year-old forward put up 17.7 points and 6.5 rebounds per game, being one of the best players in the whole competition.
Before playing with Wurzburg, the BYU Cougars product played in Slovakia, Georgia, and Tubingen.
