After only one season with Panathinaikos, Lorenzo Brown has officially parted ways with the Greeks.

As previously reported by Eurohoops, he signed with Milan, moving to Italy for the first time in his career. With the Italians, he has officially agreed to a two-year deal.

“I am very grateful and honored for the opportunity to put on the Olimpia Milan jersey. I am also excited to play with more great players in Europe and compete at the highest level,” he first said.

“I believe this year will be great for this team, with the new changes that have been made to the roster in addition to the players that were already here last season.”

“I am ready to compete, lead, and win. The goal is to make it to the EuroLeague playoffs and hopefully more. The season starts in August, but preparation starts now for me,” Brown added.

He had signed a three-year deal with the reigning EuroLeague champions after facing them with Maccabi Tel Aviv in the best-of-five game series in the 2023-24 EuroLeague Playoffs.

Spending 14:54 minutes per game over 34 EuroLeague appearances coming off the bench, he put up only 6.3 points, 2.7 assists, and 2.0 rebounds per appearance.

Ettore Messina’s team, on the other end, is changing many pieces, having brought on board already Marko Guduric and Quinn Ellis.

Lorenzo Brown was also inserted by Sergio Scariolo in the extended 15-player Spanish national team’s list ahead of FIBA EuroBasket 2025. He already won the FIBA EuroBasket 2022 with Spain.
