The race for Vasilije Micic is losing one candidate, as it appears that the back-to-back former EuroLeague champion with Anadolu Efes won’t return to Turkiye.
According to Chema de Lucas, Fenerbahce has withdrawn the offer made for the Serbian playmaker one month ago.
At the beginning of June, the Spanish reporter said the two sides were close to a deal.

Being recently traded from the Phoenix Suns to the Milwaukee Bucks as part of the seven-team trade that included Kevin Durant’s move to Houston, Micic doesn’t intend to stay in the NBA.
He has agreed on a buyout, which made him return 6.1 million dollars to the team from a total of $8.1 million on his contract for the 2025-26 season.
Previously an MVP in the EuroLeague with Anadolu Efes, Vasilije Micic made his way to the NBA in 2023 to sign with Oklahoma, before playing in Charlotte and Phoenix too.
